We offer 1:1 bridal appointments in our private bridal suite (first floor). An appointment lasts for 1hour 30minutes and is charged at £30. You have a dedicated bridal stylist who works with you and your guests for the full duration of the appointment. We make this a fun, relaxed yet informative appointment and look forward to working with you.

We recommend you come along with a select number of guests to keep your appointment relaxed and focused. However, we have a big suite and are happy to accommodate bigger parties as we know you want to have all your special people with you.

We suggest wearing nude underwear. We do provide shoes for brides for try on purposes.

Our bridal sample sizes range from size 10-18 with the majority of our samples being size 12 and 14. We do however repeat on orders from size 2-24 so please don't worry and come along and we will do our best to ensure you can view the dress as best we can using clamps.

We work with exclusive designers which are of exquisite quality. Our pricing ranges from £1800-£5500.

We like to be able to work with everyone to ensure the payment process is as smooth as possible. We understand during a wedding the cost of everything can get very overwhelming. We therefore offer a few different payment plans.

*Payment can be made in full and a small discount will be offered.

*70% deposit and the remaining balance when your dress arrives in.

*We offer an interest free payment plan which you can sign up to at any stage with a small upfront deposit.

We suggest shopping anywhere between 14-10 months before your wedding. Most designers ask for 7-8months from order to delivery, some can be 9 months. You then need time for alterations. It's best to give yourself plenty of time so there is no stress in the run up to your big day. Our amazing designers do however offer quicker turnarounds and some hold stock of certain designs so please don't be afraid to come into store with less time. We also sell 'off the rack' dresses in excellent condition at a reduced price.

No we have a list of highly skilled seamstresses that we recommend to do your fittings in their studios. Once you find your dress we will share these with you. We are happy to store the dress in our store until you are ready for your fittings to begin.
